Hi Brothers & Sisters:
This past week was about the same as last as far as the number
dispatched. We sent out 59 Ironworkers and out of that 15 were apprentices.
The A-1 List is at 5 /12 rows.
This past Thursday we had nominations for Local 86 officers. The meeting
was held at 2700 1st Ave Seattle. The meeting got underway at 7:30pm chaired
by Local 86 Administrator Joe Ward. All the Business Agents gave 5 minute
reports and Joe gave the financial information and membership numbers.
Approx. 110 Local 86 members attended the meeting. The results are listed
below in order of how they will appear on the ballot. We adjourned at 9:30pm.
Work is picking up and should get better this coming week, based on my
conversations with the contractors.
