Attention Iron Workers

Due to rule/law changes in Washington State, you will be required to have a

Qualified Rigger and Signal Person card after
January 1, 2012.

New codes for DOSH are as follows:

WAC296-155-53306 Qualified Rigger

WAC296-155-53302 Qualified Signal Person

The Apprenticeship office will be able to help you get the current required cards. Office 206-244-2993



Applications must be filled out and delivered in person by the applicant to the Apprenticeship office on a scheduled application day. Applications are accepted on Tuesdays from 9am to 12:00 pm. You must call to confirm application day.

Documents required at time of application: (copies will be made)
• Valid Drivers License
• Documentation to verify legal working status per form I-9
• Vehicle Registration
• Resume
• Proof of Military or experience in the Ironworking industry
